1Who we are

This website is operated by Void Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”, “Keyzora”), a company registered in Bulgaria, ul. "Ranni List" 10, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Company number 206832212. VAT number BG206832212. You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms govern your use of keyzora.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read the Refund Policy as well — it forms part of these terms.

2What we sell

We sell software licence keys and digital subscription codes. You are buying a code that activates software published by a third party. We are not the publisher of that software, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher named on this site. Publisher names and logos are used only to identify the product a key activates.

Each product page states what the key covers — the platform, the region, the duration and the number of activations. Those details are part of the contract. If a product page says a key is for one device, one region or one account, that is what you are buying.

3Your account

You can order as a guest. Because a licence key needs to remain retrievable after purchase, we create an account for you automatically when you place an order, using your billing email address. You will receive an email inviting you to set a password. Your keys, orders and invoices are available in that account.

Keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

4Prices and VAT

All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. The VAT that applies to your order depends on your billing country and is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

• Consumers in the EU pay VAT at the rate of their own country, under the EU one-stop-shop rules for digital services.
• Businesses in the EU outside Bulgaria may enter a valid VAT number at checkout. Where that number is verified against the EU VIES system, the reverse charge applies and no VAT is charged. Where VIES cannot confirm the number — including when the service is unavailable — VAT is charged.
• Businesses in Bulgaria pay Bulgarian VAT, as domestic reverse charge does not apply.
• Customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT. Any tax or duty in your own country is your responsibility.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

5Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the key or confirm the order, whichever happens first. We may decline an order — for example where a product is mispriced, where stock has run out, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying you also accept Stripe’s terms. If your payment is reversed or charged back after a key has been delivered, we may deactivate the key where the publisher allows it and suspend your account pending resolution.

7Delivery

Keys are delivered electronically and normally within seconds of payment clearing. They are sent to your billing email address and shown in your account. Nothing is posted to you.

Some products are supplied to us by a third party and may take longer. Where that applies, the product page says so and your order stays in Processing until the key arrives.

If a key has not appeared within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resolve it. Check your spam folder first — delivery emails sometimes land there.

8Using a key

A licence key may be redeemed once, unless the product page says otherwise. Once redeemed, it is tied to the account or device that redeemed it and cannot be transferred or reused.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute keys bought from us, unless we have agreed that in writing;
• use a key outside the region or platform stated on the product page;
• attempt to obtain keys by fraud, automated ordering, or payment methods you are not authorised to use;
• use the software in breach of the publisher’s own licence terms, which apply to you in addition to these terms.

9If something is wrong with a key

If a key does not work, has already been redeemed, or does not match what the product page described, we will put it right — see the Refund Policy for what is covered, how to claim and the time limits that apply.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

10Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable.

11Our liability

We are liable for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for:

• loss that was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
• loss of profit, business, or data, where you are buying outside your consumer capacity;
• problems caused by the publisher’s software itself, its updates, or the publisher discontinuing a service;
• your failure to meet the system requirements stated on the product page.

Where we are liable, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and our own branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled a complaint, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or the European Consumer Centre in your country. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we do not currently do so.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date above.
